The maximum capacity of the Main House is 8 people.
For bookings of 1 week or more we are unable to accept groups of more than 8 people.
Minimum stay – 3 nights.
Minimum stay Christmas/New Year – 7 nights
Minimum stay Easter – 4 nights
For those who want extra privacy, the Private Master Pavilion may be rented in addition to the main house upon request. This separate self contained pavilion consisting of a King Suite Master bedroom sleeps 2. It cannot be rented separately. The property (Main and Private Master Pavilions) maximum capacity is 8 people.
A damage deposit of $1500 is taken as part of the booking process. This is held until after your stay and refunded within 48 hours once the property has been inspected and no damage has occurred.
Unfortunately Alinghi is not wheelchair accessible.
Alinghi Beach House is complying with government restrictions and recommendations in regard to Covid-19. Guests will be asked to confirm a series of questions prior to confirmation of booking, some of which may be asked again during check-in and may require proof of confirmation. Requirements may vary as government restrictions and recommendations are updated/varied.
